The Collective Fund (TCF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing high-quality education as its core mission. It supports both school and higher education, operating in Germany and internationally, with a focus on individuals with limited financial resources—particularly women—helping them access education and opportunities they might not otherwise have.
As the legal “home” of the WiSE Initiative, TCF serves as the operational and administrative hub for scholarship holders, guiding them through their academic journey while providing practical support, promoting well-being, and offering training in cultural integration and personal development. Our holistic 360° approach helps students fully engage with their studies, integrate into their communities, and thrive personally and professionally.
